The old footpath above Glen Valtos from Cliff to Timsgarry is not too bad until you reach the last part. There is no sign of a track anymore and it is very boggy in parts. I have never seen it as bad as today, whether this was due to the heavy winter rains or to the rain we had during the last two days I do not know.
Once you reach the highest point a stunning view of the huge white sands of Uig and of the white Panorama of the Uig Hills is most rewarding.

Sobald man jedoch den höchsten Punkt erreicht hat, empfängt einen eine herrliche Sicht auf den riesigen Strand von Uig und die Uig Berge.
